I hereby undertake not to divulge to any party, whether orally, in writing or otherwise any confidential information which I may obtain in the course of any assignment with any client of Jobnet Recruitment, (including any information obtained as to business affairs, trade secrets or technical methods/processes of such client) unless such client (or in the case where client is deceased, the executor of his estate) has expressly consented to such information being so divulged, or unless I am obliged by law to so divulging it.
